Shipping policy

We ship worldwide free of charge. Your order will be shipped within one week from the time it is placed. If you would like an express delivery of your order, you will need to bear the extra costs. For details, please send us an email at sales@accessorous.com, we will quote the additional costs to you.

International taxes and duties

International customers (outside Hong Kong) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.

Please note, Accessorous is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Wrong address entered

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. If you wish to modify the shipping address after you have placed the order, it is important for you to notify us as soon as possible, via email at sales@accessorous.com. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
